Membership in Pack 868 is open to any boy in grades 1~5
(or age 7~10) attending ANY public, private, or home school.

Pack 868 is based in the heart of Shepherdsville
and membership is open to any boy seeking a "first rate"
Cub Scouting experience, regardless of where they live
or which school they attend.

Pack 868 is within a 15 minute drive for families living in
the Brooks, Fox Chase, Hillview, Zoneton, and Okolona
areas to the north of Shepherdsville; and similarly convenient
to the Mount Washington, Nichols, Lebanon Junction,
and Bernheim areas to the east, west, and south.

Dens meet from 7:00~8:30 PM every Thursday Night
from August through May

Dens do not meet weekly during the
summer months, but the unit continues to
conduct Pack Activities and special events
during the months of June and July

Boys may join Pack 868 ANY time during the year.
New members are always welcome.

Prospective members and a parent are welcome to visit any weekly meeting to learn more about Cub Scouting.  There is no cost or obligation to visit any weekly meeting.  Our Cubmaster and Den Leaders will be happy to talk with interested parents about the philosophy of Pack 868 and the program we offer.
