Pack Meetings are
where all the awards and achievements
scouts earn are formally
presented. Parents are expected to attend. Grandparents and
other family members are welcome.
The program can be long and boring for younger siblings,
so parents are encouraged to arrange childcare
so that they can enjoy the program and devote their full
attention to their Cub Scout for the night.

PARENT PARTICIPATION
Parent
participation is a key element in a boy's success in the Scouting
program. If you are a Pack
parent who has not yet gotten involved, please consider doing so.
If not as a Den Leader or assistant, then as a member-at-large on the
Pack Committee.
The sons of
participating, informed parents tend to be much more active and get the
maximum benefit from the program.

ALUMINUM
CAN RECYCLING
One of the easiest fundraising things we do is save and recycle
aluminum cans. Pack families are urged to bag up their cans and
bring them to any Thursday night meeting. It would be great if
you could smash them flat before bringing them, but we'll still
accept them un-smashed. The Pack will also accept and haul off
old cars or other significant amounts of scrap metal.
This includes old air-conditioners, stoves, and other
appliances. We'll also take old guttering and scrap wire.
Virtually anything metal.
