After flag raising and breakfast, we conducted an in-camp worship service on Sunday morning.  For Sunday lunch, the Cubs cooked grilled cheese sandwiches using tin can stoves and buddy burners.  On Sunday afternoon, the boys shot water balloons from giant sling shots.  The weather was beautiful throughout the weekend and everyone had a great time.

The pack assembles for Sunday morning flag raising. Sunday morning breakfast consisted for hot oatmeal or cold cereal.  Campers lined up to get served.
For lunch, scouts cooked grilled cheese sandwiches over tin can stoves.   Ethan and Tate waited for their sandwiches to cook.
Then it was time for the grand finale --- shooting water balloons from giant slingshots.   The boys shot at cardboard targets of the leaders that had been set up out in the field.

Bear Den Leader Will Rich and Cubmaster Steven Frank held the slingshot as Austin took aim.   Some of the boys put everything they had into pulling back the slingshots.  Most did really well.
Aaron seemed to be shooting with his eyes closed.   For Thomas, the position of the tongue seemed to be a factor.
